Kevin Colaco
Founder & CEO
As the founder of InvenTrak, Kevin Colaco’s goal is to provide up-to-date, on-demand retail technology to small and medium businesses. Before founding InvenTrak, Kevin successfully built and operated two payment service providers (Paynet Transaction Systems and Camelot Financial) that were ultimately acquired by InvenTrak in 2006. He was also one of the leadership team that founded Smart Transaction Systems, a prepaid card company located in Boulder, Co. “Our goal is to help small and medium sized merchants handle context tasks efficiently and effectively”, says Kevin. “That way they can concentrate on the core tasks that allow them to truly differentiate themselves in their competitive market.”

Eric Kirk
Director of Marketing & Sales
As the head of InvenTrak’s Marketing & Sales Department, Eric has led InvenTrak into strong and valuable partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, as well as distribution partners that are able to reach those in need of retail technology.  Eric pushes the Sales & Marketing Department to effectively strengthen communication with merchants—by listening to their needs and wants, giving them valuable tips & advice, and introducing them to technology tools that will help them run their business. Previously, Eric was Vice President of Sales at Paynet Transaction Systems.

Rashmi Chandra
Operations Manager
Under Rashmi’s leadership, the Operations Department has successfully assisted InvenTrak’s clients in building their retail management system.  The Operations Department provides varying levels of support to InvenTrak’s clients, whether it’s through online chat or on-site tech services. In some cases, such as national events like the Super Bowl and US Tennis Open, the Operations Team and Customer Service Team collaborate to provide 24/7 on-site support. Rashmi was Operations Manager at Paynet Transaction Systems.

Ashrani Chandra
Customer Service Manager
Ashrani Chandra has been leading InvenTrak’s Customer Services Team since the company was founded.  Under her leadership, InvenTrak’s customer service team continues to successfully provide exceptional support to small and midsized merchants. Letting clients and businesses slip out of her hands is something she simply cannot stand. The desire to exceed and netting new events is one of her many strengths. “In the technology industry, there are always new things to learn,” says Ashrani. “That is why customer service is so challenging and dynamic. I like this job.”
