Inventory Management
Related Items Recommendations PDF Print E-mail

When a customer is purchasing a product at the cash register, the cashier will be prompted with recommended products based on actual items previously purchased by customers along with the particular item, or items the merchant and/or manager recommendeds. For example, if a customer is purchasing a winter coat, the system will offer recommended items such as gloves, a matching scarf, or boots.

Effective cross-selling can boost stores sales around 20%.

Packaging Items PDF Print E-mail

Array

Using the CAS you can assign multiple items to a package SKU. When that SKU is rung up at the POS the package item is rung up and sold, and that item is reported on all the sales reports. On each package sale the individual items that make up the package are moved on the inventory level reports.

At an enterprise level using the Package Configuration setting, you may elect to have the POS combine individual items into a package even if they are rung up separately. If you elect to do this the items would be combined at the end of the transaction and reflected as the package item.

Store Ordering to Central Warehouse PDF Print E-mail
Conveniently create store orders anywhere you can access the internet: Your office, your house, even the beach! Creating store orders is a quick process with the easily navigable menus on the CAS. If you prefer to place store orders through the POS, that is possible as well. When a store order is opened it creates an open order on the CAS system which can be viewed and printed. The order can then be filled by the Warehouse and sent to the store eliminating the need for creating transfer sheets and allowing for faster restocking.
