InvenTrak has 12 roles that define the access levels to 175 functions, allowing administrators to quickly and easily assign roles to employees. As in almost all of the features in InvenTrak, employee roles can be modified to increase/decrease rights easily and quickly. If a role has access to financial and reporting data, it is limited only to the store that they are assigned. This provides administrators with the ability to provide relevant data to managers while limiting the scope of the data available to them. InvenTrak semi-automatically integrates with ADP's PayXpert system for employee enrollment and payroll. The semi-automatic nature of the integration allows you to audit and review the files as necessary before the data is sent to ADP. Pay data is directly exported to ADP, where payroll is calculated and issued. Data files can also be integrated with other third party accounting software. |
