nvenTrak acts as a great solution to a variety of clients.

Client A:

Situation: A client has dealings with many different retail warehouse sales with high-profile clients. Before implementing InvenTrak he would need to email his nightly inventory and sales totals to each of his clients, after which they would place orders for the stores. This proved costly, as each night a full inventory of the store took extra time and required him to keep extra personnel at the store to finish the nightly inventory.

Solution: The solution we were able to provide gave his clients direct access to inventory in real-time, as well as daily sales totals. With InvenTrak’s scalable roles he was able to allow employees access to only the information that he wanted them to see. He was also able to manage employee time more effectively by implementing spot checks of inventory against sales movement.

Client B:

Call for your free consultation today! Situation: A seasonal merchant would send out inventories at the beginning of the season to over 300 stores across the county and would not be able to see inventory levels in any of his stands. He relied fully on store orders sent by faxes once a week from each store, which took critical decision-making out of his hands and gave added responsibility to the stores. Hot-selling items were being over-ordered by stores who would want to keep an overstock of these items, causing other stores to receive depleted stock.

Solution: The solution we presented combined the PosiTrak units with CDMA wireless internet devices that allowed real-time inventory reporting, real-time ordering and on-the-spot sales trends data that enabled management of his business from one central location.

Client C:

Situation: Client has venues in five different states totaling 22 stores. With his previous system he would need to wait until the end of the month to see totals from each of his Venues, which made maximizing his standing inventory and order placement an impossible task. After installing InvenTrak POS units in his Venues, they instantly centralized all reporting into one location.

Solution: Client benefited from real-time reporting of sales broken down by Venue and Store, as well as inventories updated in real-time, allowing him to make orders more effectively. He no longer had to guess if a store was running low on high-volume items, and saved money by never over or under stocking. All this was accomplished without any servers installed at the venues and with  InvenTrak as the centralized web server application. This also reduced his need for IT personnel to maintain servers at remote locations.
